Purchased a used Hyundai Kona today with the help of Anthony Jackson, who not only was friendly but was also straight with us about the dealership. It's tough work selling cars in the middle of a pandemic, and Anthony did a great job helping us along. The problem came when we put in our bid and the office came back with an offer 5000 over list. Their tax and fees were literally 30% of the advertised price. Stuck to my guns and made a counter that was more than reasonable, subtracting the subscription service fees and add-ons that weren't advertised - which we had explicitly indicated we didn't want. No counter from the office, so we walked out and started home. Note: you will need to do this. The negative reviews are all true, if a little hyperbolic. 7 minutes down the road and we got the call from the dealership matching our offer plus 500. It felt like a flex, but it was a decent price for a decent vehicle. We took it. Do the work and haggle and make it work for you. If that's not your style, find another dealership.

We drove from Central California to come to Fontana Mazda for my daughters new car. Although I was just a passenger in this journey, I felt surprised by the kind and considerate attention directed towards us. They had a very clean facility, everyone was wearing masks , and they offered us Starbucks coffee, snacks and water bottles. Devin was helping us and I really felt like he went out of his way to help my daughter and son in-law in their new car purchase. If I could, I'd come back here myself to purchase my car.

I bought a Mazda CX-30 in January from Fontana Mazda. My salesman was Cameron and it was probably the easiest purchase I’ve ever made. He had an answer to all of my questions and cared about my wants/needs. The environment at Fontana Mazda is very easy going and they do a good job at making you feel like family! Danny, was the best finance guy I’ve ever had, I can’t wait to buy another car from here when I’m back in town!

The dealership is nice and the staff was nice however, I wish I would have read the reviews first. This dealership adds thousands of dollars in "add ons" that say optional but actually are not optional at all. You don't even know your being charged for all of these until you sit down to sign papers. When you ask them about it, they say there is nothing they can do and all of their cars have it. Super frustrated with this dealership and would never buy from them again.

Nice clean dealership with very friendly staff. But the price listed online is not the true price of their vehicles. They have the used cars priced at least 2000 dollars lower than the genuine price because added "upgrades". Other than that it's not a bad place but if you see one of their used cars online expect to pay a 2000 dollar upgrade fee because all of the cars "upgraded" before they are put out for sale.

Came in with my mom and soon as I did the guy that approached us seemed nice and stuff and greeted us but when we started looking for cars he put me in a Nissan Sentra instead of giving me choices or letting me look from my price range then he started telling me the history of the car and would make jokes saying I’m too young too know anything about that and it really offended me then he asked me am I bored ... how can I be bored and I’m looking for my future car .. I responded and said I am not bored but you are making inappropriate jokes and your talking to my mom about the car more than me and I am the buyer ... and then after the test drive I just decided this is not the dealership or car for me... I returned the key and personally told him imma keep looking and it’s a good car and he insisted i tell him what’s wrong to the point he violated the 6 inch distance came up to my car and rolled his eyes at me i didn’t get his name I would of personally called and complained but I hope this improves salesmen because I was not impressed and was scared by this experience!!!!
