The lady came to help our cat, his fur had become quite notted and was in pain when we touched the area. She has a very calming way with our pet and tried to put him at ease. Would definitely recommend

We have just had Max groomed once again for the fourth time by Catherine from Fluff n Stuff, she explained as she has every time that due to his coat being matted that she would have to shave him back, as she has done every time she has been, I am quite shocked after reading some of the reviews on here as Catherine is very professional at what she does, We would not use anyone else, both our dogs are at ease with her. Highly recommend her to family and friends as we have already done. It does make you wonder if some of these reviews are actually from real customers, we would not hesitate to recommend Catherine. It seems very strange that after a good review there always seems to be a bad one straight afterwards. Sour grapes springs to mind
My poodle came out practically bald!The only reason I gave 2 stars is because she said she'd have to start from scratch as he was overgrown & would \just shave it off!\ I thought she'd leave a fluffy top knot & ears as poodles usually do,but no,she did shave it all off!I could have saved myself 30 & done it myself!
