I found this company on Yelp and all the reviews were right. I called 2 years ago and spoke with Florida First Insurance Agency's crew. They are helping me with my insurance since then. Always answers my questions promptly and works with what I need.They are so friendly and gives good advice. I work a lot of hours so They are a savior for me!

Don't trust this company their employees lie to you over and over again!!!! My husband called them first thing this morning to find out when we have to renew our insurance and the lady he talked to said its not due until after Christmas he then told her I would be calling to make the payment she said k well when I called the guy I spoke to said its due now. He has done talked to 3 different people with this company about our policy and they all said after Christmas but the guy said no they made a mistake so I had to pay double for something that we got lied to and its all call recordings so they need to check and see who aint doing there job correctly.

The worse!!! Definitely disappointed with this company, you guys are the worse. Not helpful at all, and very dishonest . You guys are misleading customer , quoting them one price and then when your locked in a lease, your changing the price . And pretty much telling your customers, you have to deal with it because you can’t cancel ! Then your not even offering in compensation for the inconvenience. Then when you ask to speak with the company who your assigned to your put on a long hold, nobody ever comes to the phone and nobody calls you back ! Your reps promise one thing and then you call back and say something else! Horrible service, horrible management, horrible customer service! I definitely will be leaving , and advising my family to do the same!
