The owners of this place are fantastic and go out of their way to help you choose the right flooring for your home. They are so patient and can bot do enough to help you. They have flooring in here to suit all budgets and dont try the hard sell with you whatsoever. Highly recommended

This company I believe is exceptional. From the initial phone enquiry, through the quote process,to the viewing in a timed appointment at their excellent showroom, everyone was totally polite and professional. Now, as their fitter (Miles) completes the last pieces of boarder and edging I am delighted to write this most positive review in praise of the whole process. The Karndean flooring has lit up the Hall and Bathroom and is a real asset. One last point - their quote was around 290 cheaper than another local company for exactly the same product. Been to shop picked floor . Lad came measured up told wife he would ring with price never did wife phoned shop told they would ring that day never did sorry no idea why you never got back customer service very poor . Think my money is as good as anyone s apologize if you wish thanks for nothing ......reply to your post firstly you came to my house told the wife you would contact us on Saturday with price this did not happen. Then we rang monday we were told you would ring Tuesday did not happen. Rang again and you did not reply again would have been nice for you to keep us informed only a phone call . Then we would have been satisfied .. customer sevice goes a long way sorry you feel like we have done wrong .... And our unrealistic expectations were put in our head by you .your the one that said you would have a price by Saturday...
