I gave 5 stars because both of my experiences were nice. The lady at the desk was quick to get my trailer tags and polite. I bobtailed in to get a trailer both times so I didn't have any trouble but I wouldn't want to take a trailer in, the space is small. It's also easy to pass up the sign coming from I-24, it's right behind an empty white building and there's typically trailers sitting in that parking area.
