you can learn a lot about local culture from its flea market. this one is quite big on a day with good weather. a lot of eccentric characters, dirty, low on hygiene. but... you can always spot an odd find (Soviet relics, second hand clothing, home improvement tools, exotic imports that somebody wants to get rid off). go there on Sat or Sun early morning. make sure you have an antiseptic spray or napkins, comfortable shoes and positive attitude.

This is a good flea market, not very far from the centre of Kiev. Collectors who are interested in buying Soviet era products can find it interesting. In addition to the street vendors there are some antique shops as well at the same venue. However, price wise, I did not find the market interesting. There are similar stuffs available in other cities of former Soviet bloc.

Off the beaten tourist track but well worth a visit. On busy days, the market stretches up and along the railway tracks with new sellers coming and going all morning. Lots of interesting things to buy - Ephemera, Photo's, Soviet military items etc. Highly recommended - plan to arrive around 8am-9am and spend 2-3 hours.

Nice place for finding ANY stuff. Especially if you are looking for some soviet things.

Amazing place for old stuff hunters, mainly from Soviet times, easy to reach it from metro station Pozniaki, few minutes of walk. (In case you will spend a lot of time at the flea market, there are public restrooms close to metro)

This place is used to have customers with money. So prices here aren't low. You can buy the same things as on some on-line platforms but 2-3 times higher. Just you can touch them before buy.And those chaotic and pretty hard conditions it's conduct in more like for the general atmosphere of flea market. So you feel like something genuine.

Plain awesome! You can buy most things beneath the sun's. Remember to haggle the price

You'll buy here stuff for peanuts, especially on Sat and Sun, very friendy people, willing to haggle.
