I was looking for a second opinion when I called Flat Rate home & mold inspection Brooklyn. My landlord had a company come out and do mold testing and I really did not trust their results. They didn't really give me a written report stating anything just called to tell me that everything was fine. Flat Rate home & mold inspection Brooklyn was the complete opposite. They were so professional and thorough and i finally received my written report which turns out just as suspected i had a mold problem. Thanks again !

The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful about helping us figure what the problem was, and how to remedy it. He gave us many tips on what we could easily do to address our indoor humidity issues. Before calling them I was worried we had a huge problem but was relieved to find out that it was small and easily remedied. He's fast and efficient and goes above and beyond with their services.

I cannot be more pleased with their service. I've used them twice in the past month. On the first inspection the tech discovered mold in the attic and water in an outside wall from exterior sprinklers. I was able to cancel the contract on that home due to his report. Both inspections were very comprehensive and he was very professional. Well done!
