Really grateful for the advice, service and personal touch Lee and his colleagues gave at Flames of Sheffield. We’ve ended up with just the right fireplace and surround, and are very pleased with the result. From the initial chat in the shop, to the visit to the property and instal, everything has gone smoothly, to time and as planned. The fitters were good too and left the property clean and respected. Flames recently installed our Worcester Bosch boiler. It was unusual to be able to go into a bricks and mortar showroom and receive a complete service - from advice on the right boiler suitable for my home, to installation. Flames take responsibility for the quality of its engineers workmanship providing me with confidence that I was going get a first class job done. We have dealt with the team at Flames for both our central heating system and our fire and fireplace for our lounge. The Worcester-Bosch boiler they installed has been brilliant and it has been both reliable and saved us money on our gas bills. We also chose a solid wood surround with a black granite back and hearth, plus an inset electric fire which looks fantastic in our home. Both the central heating installation team (Steve & Shaun) and the fireplace fitter (Dave) were excellent, neat, polite and they cleaned up after they has finished the work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family when they are looking for a quality company to deal with, thank you again.
