What a great surprise! We went on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch, our first visit, and absolutely loved this place! My wife loved her fish sandwich...big pieces of fish, tartar, and she was in heaven. My chicken and dumplings were out of this world...4.99 for a hearty bowl. Service was very friendly. Everyone seemed to follow COVID protocol, seating was spaced out, and they have an outdoor tent if you'd like to sit there. We'll be back!

Fish was ok. Slaw, mediocre, wouldn't order again. Potato wedges, horrible. Looked like left overs breaded and fried in an attempt to reduce waste. Onion rings fair. Overall, wouldn't return. The Pepsi was great though.
Friendly staff, food was excellent- oysters are the best I've had in louisville,shrimp just right with a bourbon glaze,golden brown onion rings fried perfectly.
The BEST fried fish in town can be found in this bustling little spot. Fast, friendly and always full. Pro Tip: Call in and pick up order rather than wait in a line that sometimes goes out the door.
First timers... Last timers... If you want two small pieces of fried fish and bread wrapped in wax paper this is your place. Those were my hush puppies that they put in with my husband's order. Oh and your suppose to pick up your order in the hole in the wall covered with card board .. would of been nice if the girl that took our order would of shared that info. I wouldn't of stood there so long waiting for my food that was sitting by the hole... All this would explain why there was no one there when we got there at 1pm on a Sunday. Will wait the line out at Mike Linnings next time.️
