From the moment I walked into the showroom I received excellent customer service. I didn’t feel under pressure at all and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable showing me various options and then leaving me time to consider. Once I placed my order they gave regular updates around delivery and fitting. Installation was also a great experience again friendly guys who did a brilliant job bricking up where a vent needed to be removed. Their attention to detail was without fault and they checked with me on regular intervals to ensure I was happy at every stage. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and would certainly recommend it to anyone!

We received a warm (and COVID safe) welcome from Steve, and his expert advice, guidance and experience on all things fire related is brilliant, you could not meet anyone more genuine and helpful. The fitter John was great; on time, personable, professional, clean and tidy. We are thrilled once again with the result thanks to all the team and we would not go anywhere else for Fires. Such a great showroom with an absolute huge selection. Staff were really friendly and communication was great also. flexible payment options - being able to order with a deposit. Really happy with our fireplace. Would definitely recommend.
