These blokes came recommended on my neighbourhood whatsapp group. Old school family business that clearly are razor focused on customer service. Partick arrived on the minute of our appointment and recommended product spot on. Installation very painless and guidiance to get my fireplace burned in very detailed. I will wait for winter to report back if it performs as promised but so far really the greatest experience. Only reason for 4 stars is that i have a painting above my fire place so the obvious recommendation should have been a mantle piece above which they will come and retro fit but small issue. Happy customer!

An excellent experience. From the first call to reception to the talk with the sales person to the person handling collection it was a great experience. Everyone was very professional and efficient and all my queries were handled quickly and my order processed quickly and correctly. Hopeless service, ordered a fireplace and it was supposed to arrive in a week.. took a month and multiple phone calls, no call backs nothing, I have to phone over and over. They have no idea what they are doing. Don't recommend, rather just buy a fireplace which you can pick up straight away. And this after they charge you 100% upfront, hopeless

Most expensive piece of junk that I bought. The gas smell is so bad that it is not safe to use around your kids. Your eyes burn, throat gets dry and the smell travels all the way upstairs to the bedrooms. I have complained but no resolution. I hired a gas company to check it out, they brought it back yesterday and it is still a piece of junk. So today I bought a mobile gas heater. I would offer to give it a way for free but it would endanger someone's else's life. Recycling this R30k junk wouldn't even be worth it.

Patrick at Fireplace Warehouse honey crest gave me the best service recently when I bought my Kommado Jan. He knew everything about the product I enquired about, and was of great help. When I collected the Braai, he assisted all the way to make sure it fits into my car, nothing scratches my car, and that it doesn’t fall over will I am driving. This for me is going above and beyond and I appreciated it a lot. To top it off he knew it was a birthday gift, he gave me a HUGE bow to put on the braai, with two pack of “charcoal” for the braai! Fantastic service . Will always use Patrick as my salesmen.
