Excellent experience from start to finish. My initial contact was via Gemma who gave helpful information, responded to my queries promptly and made the whole process very straightforward. The work was organised quickly and the quote seemed fair. On the day, the fitter, Paul, was punctual, hard working and the final result was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company and I am glad I chose to go with a local firm.

Great service, Gemma responded very quickly with my request for a new part for my Stovax. The chaps that came to fit the part and clean the flue were efficient, knowledgeable and very tidy. I will be using them again.
Thank you thank you! After being messed around by previous engineers Richard came and sorted our Gazco fire. We won't let anyone touch the fire other than Richard now! And Gemma in the office was both professional and helpful. Thanks!
I cannot praise this company enough. Brilliant job from start to finish. So helpful and attention to detail superb. They fitted a lovely two sided gas log fire and constructed a false chimney breast which they then plastered, all in one day. Thoroughly recommended.
