Just had a log burner fitted by Paul and couldn’t be happier. We did contemplate going else where as other companies were cheaper but so glad we didn’t. It’s exactly what we wanted, professional installation, professional advise from a guy with 35 years experience. We highly highly recommend Fireplace and Design, you’re a fool if you go anywhere else!

After deciding to install a wood burning stove, we visited a couple of showrooms near to us in Leigh-on-Sea and we quickly realised that Fire Place & Design (FPD) was the only option for us! We needed some extensive remodelling done of our traditional Inglenook fireplace area so what was key for us was that Paul at FPD was able to take on the whole project from us from design through to installation. The end result was brilliant, and in a room that has been completely renovated it is the fireplace/wood burner that gets all the comments! I couldn't recommend Paul enough, he is easy to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and from my comparisons, very competitive on price when you consider the quality of his work and the burners he installs. Attached is a pic of our new Stovax wood burner in situ over Christmas so you can see the results.

All the staff at fireplace and design were so helpful it was a 1st class service in sales and fitting we are so pleased with our new fireplace its wonderful. I thoroughly recommend going to this shop.
