Molly did great and looks awesome! She even got her pretty nails done :) I really appreciate how the owner took time to let you tour his mobile facility. It’s really clean and nice. I was able to poke my head in multiple times to see how she was doing. And she honestly just looked like she was getting pampered. Felt bad for bothering her. Great experience.
Duane is very professional. I am happy I found him. My Dachshunds don't mind going to the van with Duane. Call him..you will not be disappointed!
Duane just groomed my dog Koda today. Koda is a 13 month old Labrador retriever. I wasn’t able to be there myself due to work, but my husband said he was wonderful! Duane was supposed to clip my dogs nails and wash him. Instead he just clipped his nail because he said Koda did not need a bath! I always appreciate honesty. Duane was very responsive when I reached out to him. We will definitely be using him again in the future.
It was a overall wonderful experience the whole way through . He responded to the inquiry on their website mere hours afterward , with a phone call. He talked with me for at least 30 minutes explaining and asking questions prior to even seeing our dog Walter . He then offered to come meet him the very next day which was a holiday. He was there exactly on time , and respected our no knocking sign to not excite the dogs . We weren’t able to get a groom on Walter because he is a rescue and still unsure of being trimmed easily without stressing himself out or trying to bite . He tried his very best and made the effort to see if it would be tolerated and decided not to only because he knew it would stress Walter out too much . He then offered advice and suggestions to get him to the point where getting him groomed wouldn’t be a bad idea. I highly recommend this groomer he has the dogs in mind and want’s what’s best for them and that is a wonderful thing !Once we get Walter to the point he can tolerate it we’ll be giving him a callback regularly.
