We have Fertility Exeter to thank for our little bundle of joy! 6 months old now and doing well!

We have used fertility Exeter for two separate rounds of IVF - the staff there are amazing, it really feels like everyone genuinely cares about you and your outcome. Other clinics I’ve looked into make you just feel like a number. Despite maybe a couple clerical errors, fertility Exeter have been amazing throughout both cycles, and from the first to second cycle (2015 to 2017) they greatly improved their lab technology which was great. Will definitely be going back there again for our next cycle, once our Twinnies are a bit older

It's hard to express in words the extent to which the incompetencies of this clinic impinged on our family life. We did complain in writing to the local health trust, but their letter of reply was as incoherent as the processes to which we were subjected during our time there. \We call your condition unexplained infertility\ was their phrase, which was nonsense. This clinic clearly has worked for some, but I'd urge you to examine their statistics. Between this clinic and a local GP, the various female health tests on my wife resulted in un-interpretable data because the tests as requested could only ever be inconclusive (they refused to test for AMH). We eventually went (successfully) to the Lister clinic in London who were _amazing_ (and my wife had to create _such_ a verbal stink to have her health data passed on), but only after wasting a lot of time with these people (2 precious years, or so). Here is my email in case you'd ever wish information: [email protected]. (I'm a professor at Exeter University, so we know a bit about lab tests.) People need such support during IVF (not that we ever got close to having those procedures) but this clinic did little to provide support, quite the opposite.

Had a great experience here in 2014, staff were absolutely lovely and treatment was effective. Would choose them a second time.
