Rude and Hidden cost after you sign the contract is how they surprise their customers. Rooms not even sterile. Needed to do it myself! You pay for the test and get the results with known vocabulary replaced by cyrillic medicine terms so you have no choice than paying double for something which was NOT discussed before you sign the contract. Hidden costs? Nah, dozen pages in font size six terms of service and 5 minutes to read are explaining this to you, well thank you very much! \Its somewhere written there and yes it will be english. Do not worry someone will be there for you\ they said. Just pay and leave man! With every other important contract in my life the other party sat and went over at least the most important points with me to make sure you feel welcomed. Well, don't look for that here! I called back finding them rude, with no clue, no service! Insulted me even \I don't know what I am talking about\ until she hung up left you alone. So, basically a problem the urse\ didn't feel like discussing today so she just hang up and left. Niice! Everyone remembers the experience of a cheap sales call? Yeah thaats the one! The corporations taking over doctors, is the death of health care in the meaning itself. I will summarize as follows: If you are dying because of a prescribed treatment, and you urgently ask for the doctor whom prescribed you the medicine, well you better start booking an appointment otherwise they will let you die there. They will not give you a feedback, they will not inform the doctor (by the why doctor asked us to write her through invicta and she would reply). Still waiting. We also called in and asked what was going on and why no one is coming back to us. You have to pay for a visit/consultation to get a follow up on what it was prescribed to you. Of course at that point what do you do? You try your private heal care which is another corporation (luxmed in our case) what will they tell you? that they do not treat pathologies but they will ADVISE you some private clinic they know...We are definitely alone in this 2020 society. Public health care is de-funded to promote corporations... People are loosing identity for corporate rules. Doctors do not really care any longer about your health and well being (FAREWELL Hippocratic Oath). Doctors care about what the corporate boss allows them to say which is always the same. To have feedback from a doctor you need to pay. It is freaking CARTEL/MAFIA (supported and financed by governments). You even got money from Polish government to support your business, what a joke, and you forget that those money are coming from the public, from all of us to promote growth and a better future... You should be ashamed but you will not because you are the bad actors here.
I would like to recommend Invicta to all people, who have some fertility issues. We faced a very professional, highly motivated and competent midwifes team. They are really helpful and respond to our needs very quickly.
Nie polecam obsługa gorsza jak w państwowym szpitalu, przedmiotowe traktowanie pacjenta, instytucja jest nastawiona jedynie na biznes pacjent pomocy, wsparcia i tym bardziej efektów tutaj nie znajdzie
Nie polecam anestezjologa M.N. Lekarz chyba zapomina się, że nie przyjmuje pacjentki na NFZ tylko w prywatnej klinice w której płaci się duże pieniądze za wizyty i badania, a więc wymaga się lepszego traktowania. Nie interesuje mnie czy ten lekarz miał lepszy czy gorszy dzień kiedy byłam u niego na konsultacji. Kiedy pacjentka pyta grzecznie o pewne rzeczy, to należy grzecznie odpowiedzieć na nie, bo chyba ten lekarz zapomina, że to nie my-pacjentki jesteśmy tam dla niego, tylko on dla nas! Mam nadzieję, że następnym razem nie trafię na tego lekarza, a jeśli tak - to poproszę o zmianę specjalisty.
Niestety nie polecam, zlecanie niezliczonej ilości bardzo kosztownych badań na które pani doktor nie raczyła nawet spojrzeć, a co dopiero omówić, naciaganie na na każdym kroku, wizyty opóźnione o 40 minut, panie na recepcji nie wiedzą o procedurach nic i oczywiście co najważniejsze złe podejście do leczenia skutkujące niepowodzeniem!:( możemy podziękować jedynie za ogromne rozczarowanie...
Jak w publicznej przychodni, niemiła obsługa, słabo zorientowany personel, pomylil zlecone badania. Lekarz niemiła i chamska, podczas 10 minut wizyty na szybko sprawdziła pobieżnie wyniki, zaleciła tabletki za 600zl, bo może pomoże i powiedziała, że zobaczymy za miesiąc. Temat leczenia niepodlodnosci często dla par jest tematem niewygodnym, przez co brak jakiegokolwiek profesjonalizmu jest dla mnie nieakceptowalny. Odradzam korzystania z usług tej kliniki.
Зробили в цій клініці тест на коронавірус. А ні грошей а ні результату... Атмосфера не приємна. Анкета яку потрібно заповнити взагалі поразка. Щоб її заповнити треба зареєструватися в двох сервісах. А потім купа непотрібних запитань. Результат аналізів чи тестів потрібно вказувати самому. У мене одне запитання... Вы берете найбільше за консультації і при цьому найбільше мінімізуєте контакт з клієнтом. Не клініка а викачка бабла...
