We took our vehicle in for a \free\ Inspection along with a needed oil change and new tires. The free inspection said we needed to do 10k worth of repairs. We were just in a few days before considering trading it in for a new electric mini. They offered us 6500 for it. It books out as a 10k trade according to NADA. They have done ALL of the maintenance of our vehicle since we bought it brand new there. I suspect the honest folk that used to work there are all gone now, replaced by shady creatures. Update: They responded below that they would contact me \Today\. They never tried to reach me, so don't be fooled that they care.
