I read the reviews before booking which made me nervous. The whole experience so far has been Brilliant.... information from receptionists to the consultation was professional. Clinic is well presented and clean. Really good social distancing plan in place. Highly recommend

I went here after it being recommended by my GP and was really satisfied with the whole experience. I got the coil inserted by Dr Rita Galimberti and I can't thank her enough for her compassion and understanding during the procedure as I was very uptight about it. She made me feel comfortable and provided reassurance during it. The procedure was over in a matter of minutes. The clinic is lovely and clean, and the receptionists are very polite and helpful. I can't fault the clinic and I'm glad I came here.
Excellent experience of this clinic and staff. The Dr's and nurses are very helpful, informative and professional. I had a written treatment plan with prices after my consultation and the Dr was very understanding and reassuring. Bright, modern clinic and polite reception staff. I would happily recommend this clinic. Delighted not to be having to wait months for a referral elsewhere.
Really happy with the service provided by Femplus. They were able to book and re-schedule my appointments at last minute due to treatment requirements which was never a problem for them. They were so friendly, accommodating and straight to the point. I would highly recommend.
After 2 unsuccessful coil removals privately and a cancelled hospital appointment due to Covid-19, I decided to book an appointment with Femplus. I booked a complicated coil removal as recommended and was surprised when the team had this removed within just ten minutes. Thank you Dr. Galimberti and Dr. Lakshmi today for your professionalism and for continuing to provide a necessary service to people during a pandemic, as good care seems hard to find recently Aoife
Dr. Galimberti is extremely knowledgeable but unfortunately its impossible to get answers from her after your consultation. You can arrange a phone call but its during the day and if you miss it and ring straight back you're told its not their problem and they make a new appointment for you. I work in a role where my day is spent on the phone and I have very little time away from my desk. I tried to schedule a lunch time or early morning call but this wasn't possible. I had a very simple question to which a yes or no answer was needed. I missed the phone call and rang straight back. I was told I was too late and would need to reschedule. The next call was when I was work and was in a meeting when I received the call. I couldn't answer it in time and again rang straight back to be told the doctor was too busy. Apparently nurses can;t deal with queries and to book a follow up appointment was 50. I eventually went to my local pharmacy where I was given fantastic advice. I definitely wont be going back here.
Be warned.., I booked an appointment and had a good chat about what I needed with the receptionist.... I had to wait a couple of weeks to be seen which was no problem, they rang me the day before and offered me a cancellation. I explained that I was in Cork but would travel back in the morning to attend my own afternoon appointment. I got to the clinic the next day after travelling from up from Cork, gave in my name at reception to be told my appointment was cancelled because I hadn’t paid my 50 booking deposit and I would have to wait weeks to get a new appointment. I Reminded them that I confirmed my attendance on the phone the day before. Not interested that I had traveled or that they didn’t tell me they were cancelling. Can’t comment about the treatment available cos I didn’t get any . Didn’t go back.
Had an early pregnancy scan here on my first pregnancy. All staff were kind and enthusiastic. I was ecstatic as it was my first pregnancy and I felt that the ultra sonographer was excited for me too. Highly recommend FemPlus and I have sent friends in.
