After foolishly scorching the oak with candles on my fire surround, Kate promptly came to assess. She then later returned to fix the problem by disguising the marks with colour matched wax blended into the wood then sealed with a fixative. Social distance adhered to. Kate was polite, punctual and professional.

Kate collected the furniture, refinished it all and returned it all within two weeks, a very professional service. The process from start to finish was seamless. Kate collected the furniture when she said she would and it was ready within the timeframe quoted. Having the furniture for a long time the transformation is amazing and all pieces look fantastic in my newly decorated hall and living room.
