I've been coming to the store for a few years now and never have anything bad to say. The staff are great and remember you, where you work, and what you do. For a small shop, they have a ton of useful equipment and the prices are competitive with the South Florida market. They have handled returns amazingly and have fitted me for soft armor as well as upgraded external carriers to keep me properly outfitted to meet whatever threats I come across on the street. From badges to T-shirts they've got ya covered.
