Federal Fluid Power would not honor the refund request I made even after agreeing that they should have never took on the business of attempting to repair my hydraulic cylinders given their lack of facilities and experience. After 4 failed attempts and lots of excuses why I must have been the reason the cylinder leaked they agreed to refund some of my money. I disassembled the cylinder to find all three external seals damaged and installed incorrectly. I could understand if the leak came down to some size or surface finish issue with one of parts but throwing your hand up and saying you don't know what the problem is when all of seals were damaged and two of them were installed backwards seems a bit negligent to me. They charged for and were paid for their knowledge and experience. I don't charge people to repair hydraulic cylinders for a living but checking the condition of the seals is probably one of the first steps. They would not agree to refund the rest of my money.

Most (if not all) of these reviews are from current and former employees. This place has terrible management due to nepotism. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR AGREEMENTS IN WRITING. As a former Pipefitting contractor, I recommend you go to Pirtek, or Exotic first. I did business once with them, and never again.
