Mosques are places I like to visit. I have written several reviews inspired by the calm that these buildings, built on purpose to glorify the Creator of everything, leave on me. In Istanbul, I am confused. I simply get lost in the beauty, spirituality and mystique I experience while visiting Istanbul’s mosques. Laleli bears the seal of the name of the one who healed the Sultan, so that this event comes to the fore. You can write about impressions, take photos, record videos, but experience is above all that. Enter with a pure heart, good intentions, a clean body, and surrender your restlessness to this century-old absorber of our worries. If prayer (namaz) is your practice, then you will surely experience the experience and beauty of this place on a higher level and take with you much more and deeper impressions.

It's a beautiful place, you can shop in its bazaar, don't forget to bargain!
Built in 1759–63, this mosque complex is the city’s best example of the Baroque style, of which its architect, Mehmet Tahir Ağa, was the greatest exponent. A variety of gaudy, coloured marble covers all of its surfaces. Underneath the body of the mosque is a great hall, supported on eight piers with a fountain in the middle, used as a market and packed with Eastern Europeans and Central Asians haggling over clothing. The nearby Büyük Taş Hanı, or Big Stone Han, probably part of the mosque’s original complex, now houses shops and a restaurant. To get to it, turn left outside the mosque into Fethi Bey Caddesi, and take the second left into Çukur Çeşme Sokağı. The main courtyard of the han is at the end of a long passage off this lane
A beautiful mosque with historical significance and caracter. You can feel a sense of welcome from the moment when you walk in the gates.
Beautiful and wonderful architecture like most of the Turkish mosques .
Historical Mosque in amazing location
Great mosque in old Istanbul city, good shops arround, also there's a tombs of sultan's beside the mosque.
Lovely mosque inside and out. Beautiful decor and colours and patterns. I particularly like the stripy coloured brickwork of these buildings. The tomb of Selim III and Mustafa III is impressive too and has two delightful Ottoman birdhouses on the outside.
