We couldn't be happier with our Stove & hearth installed by Sam! He was incredibly helpful, courteous and professional throughout - offering plenty of advice and guidance right from the initial quote. We mainly corresponded with his wife Nicola via email, who was always quick to respond; friendly and helpful in getting answers to our queries! I would thoroughly recommend STK Stoves to anyone!

STK installed our stove this weekend. From initial contact with Nicola, who was extremely helpful in helping us decide on which stove to chose through to arranging Samuel to fit. Samuel, and Joe, are lovely lads, both happy, polite and cheerful. Their attention to detail was great and were very tidy. Samuel walked us through using the stove and made sure we were happy with using it. Having rung around 3 different installers in the first instance STK was competitively priced to. STK also sourced our mantle shelf for us which looks great too! Were both so pleased with the stove and service we received and would wholeheartedly recommend STK to friends and family! Truly First Class service from this family concern. Sam installed our wood burning stove last week and we are absolutely delighted with it. Fortunately, Sam provided all the advice and guidance we needed as without this, we almost certainly would have not had such a perfect stove. Sam was courteous, professional and extremely tidy. Furthermore, his wife Nicola was incredibly responsive with any questions we posed via eMail and helped schedule the work. I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending STK Stoves & Chimneys.
Sam Kirtley and his assistant fitted a liner to our chimney in our new home to allow the correct use of our log burner stove. The work was fitted quickly and efficiently and to the quoted price. Sam had previously swept the chimney in our last house. The room was left clean and tidy afterwards. A job well done, thank you.

Sam installed our new inset multifuel stove with all the necessary accessories (chimney lining, cowl, etc) in a very professional manner and what a great job! Great support from his wife who answered all our queries promptly. Sam kept us in the picture during the installation and answered any questions we had. Neat and tidy. Great job, would definitely recommend.
