Great service from start to finish. John was very helpful when we went to see him at Affinity in Talke, we were quoted what I believe was a very reasonable price in comparison to another quote we got and when we placed the order we were given dates for the installation and plasterer a few weeks down the line which were stuck to exactly. The guys who installed the stove were very professional, informative and clean & tidy as was the plasterer a couple of days later. Good communication throughout and I would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with the service. I found the pricing to be competitive and the lads did a good job with the knock out and fitting. John also price matched on a jotul stove which he doesn’t normally stock which I appreciated.
