I have the blow dry package and it's is amazing. No matter who does it they are friendly and helpful and always style it so lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

First time I've truly felt at ease at the hairdressers! Beautiful salon, amazing customer service and for once, happy smiley hairdressers! Still in love with my hair 3 months later and without doubt, will be a customer for a very long time :)

Thought I'd try out this salon after seeing they have a couple of 'curly hair stylists' on their website. I had a restyle with Lisa, who was lovely. I asked for a layered cut, which I'm quite happy with, but they really had no idea how to style curly hair. I came into the salon with super defined curls and left with more frizz than I've ever seen on my head. Tried to finger coil huge clumps of hair, which was never going to work. Lisa asked another stylist to diffuse my hair and apart from using too much heat she really didn't know how to diffuse curls. If they want to learn more about applying products to curls and diffusing, I'd recommend curly hairstylist Manes by Mell on YouTube. Overall not worth the money if you're looking for a curly hair specialist, but they did leave me with a couple of nice products to try which was appreciated.
After moving to emsworth I found it really hard to find a good salon, being fussy I blamed myself. I searched for nearby salons at my works (I work not far from the salon) and Kate's came up. I took a gamble and went after work, got a skin test and booked in on the day I wanted a week later! No fuss about the skin test did it there and then. I've had previous \appointments\ just for a skin test but wasn't needed here. Had my hair coloured today, along with some treatments as I have terribly dry coarse hair, my hair was a very light blonde, the treatments, customer service, tea with biscuits, genuine friendly staff makes this salon. I can't explain how easy going but very professional it was. I showed a picture and got what I wanted, hair is in amazing condition which I didn't think would happen colouring it again when it was in such bad condition. I've booked in for a colour refresh in 6 weeks and looking forward to it! For anyone who's needing a new salon I'd highly recommend! I'm recommending everyone who asks me from now on to this little piece of heaven.
