The building was built in the early 80s but it’s well maintained. If you buy, it’s a great opportunity to renovate/modernize. Management is attentive and helpful. The only thing about this place is the surrounding area. They need to bulldoze that shady adult store among other blighted eyesore places. Once Falls Church gets its act together and revitalizes the area, the value will definitely increase.

Most in accommodating place I have ever lived. Moving in was a hassle. Moving out is even more a hassle with the management. You have to pay an extra 600 upfront if you want an extra parking space and then pay 100 dollars a month on top of that. There are cockroaches everywhere throughout the build because of the unclean landowners. Didn’t always hear people but did sometimes. In the 8months I lived here A/C broke and had a water leak. Never again

Great place to live, well maintained, nice people, no pests. Only thing is, there are no many places around it to visit, and schools around it don't have a good rating. You definitely need a car. But you do have your own parking place, so it's ok.
