The lady in charge of the dorms "rose" is rude and completely unreasonable my ait exam ended at noon and they expected me to be out at noon they made me pack the night before while I should of been studying ! The beds are children's beds and the mattresses are the same ones used at the peace river correctional facility! The plug ins in the parking lot only run half the time to save money which sucked when it was -40! How this rose lady still has a job is beyond me!
Cheap unusable desk, noisy fridge , main light fixture needed to be fixed , filthy closet racks... but it's all I needed i guess , just wanted a place to sleep to get through college...
I have stayed here over the course of 4 years. Although the staff are a joy to deal with, the rooms are dirty, worn out and run down. The carpets are stained and burnt, the walls are cracked. It costs 900 for a single room for one semester, which aside of the convenience of staying on campus, is ludacris for an old, disgusting room the size of a jail cell.
