We've bought a fire from Factory Fireplace Outlet, and what a beauty ! We travelled from shop to shop. Factory Fireplace Outlet had them in abundance (should have come here first!), with working fires in most of them. We asked questions and great advice given. Factory Fireplace Outlet would even make it in a style we wanted, just show them a photo or brouchure. Very pleased with the finished product.

My fire and fire surround is amazing with fantastic service from start to finish ! we got the wilshire vanilla ice surround and the 890 charlston jenrick. its has led lights under neath which can be changed to many colours and the flames also change too.its made such a big differance to our living room.so cosy and and such a beautiful touch. a big thankyou to all at factory fireplace outlet and also a mention for tom for fitting it for us.hes done a brilliant job !!!
Great whilst purchasing but after sale very poor rang loads of times no one answered the phone but you have a option to leave a message which I did still no one returned my call. Had to go to the shop to find out where my fireplace was. Was offered as a goodwill gesture something to go ontop off fire surround but nothing ever materialised. Beautiful fires tho on display all working so you can see. Some lovely pictures too they also have an ex display area good for a bargain if you are lucky enough. And they do make everything in there factory attached to the showroom
Lovely showroom the two ladies were very helpful. Bought a lovely fire at a very reasonable price.
