Unfortunately very unsatisfactory. We kitted our gym out with exigo 4 years ago. The problems started right away when equipment wasn't delivered on time for our gym opening. In under 12 months of use all but one of the pin select machines had the cables snap on them. In under 18 months of use the lat pull down AND chest support row had both snapped while being used. All of the machines have rusted quite badly causing the powder coat to fall off in large areas. One of the plate trees has also snapped recently. We have had to have several of the machines modified at our own cost so they are fit for use. We are currently in the process of swapping the exigo equipment out one by one for better quality kit. I could not recommend exigo to any gym owner based on my experience.

Exigo provided all of the fixed equipment for Primal Gym in Leeds and did an incredible job. They provided a superb service from start to finish really listening to our wants and not just fitting off-the-shelf products but solutions that met our needs. From rigs to lifting platforms to the boxing ring we've been delighted with the quality and they've certainly stood the test of time. I'd fully recommend the Exigo team
