my first time visit to Excalibur I arrived after the shop was closed, but the lady who met helped me to get my bow repaired, excellent customer service.

The last crossbow you'll ever buy and if u do buy another one it will b an Excalibur . I've had my exomag for over 20yrs when I called for my scope issue I never thought it was warranty the guy on the phone gave me an # and said to bring it in. Without an appointment I was there for 10mins the guy took off my scope and put a new one on and said its all set all u have to do is sight it in. Thanks guys Excalibur forever
Had to take my new Bulldog 440 in as the EXT crank string snapped on me. I called and they said no problem come in. My wife offered to take it down for me as she was off that day and not only did they fix the crank, they installed new limbs as they said they wanted to ensure I had the newest and best equipment since my bow was only a month old. My wife said Mike was very nice and professional. He explained what he did and he fixed it all while she waited. Only took 30 minutes. Dawn was also very helpful when I called and made sure I was taken care of. Better service than this would be hard to find. Thanks again loyal customer 30 years and counting.
One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I bought the first generation Excalibur Micro 335 and my limbs started to fracture. I called Excalibur and got to there customer service number, gave them a call to see if the limbs were still under warranty and they told me yes. I had to just take a few picture of the fracture and send them to them and they honoured the warrenty the next business day, and sent me a new pair of limbs. Very professional and caring staff that does not leave you hanging in the time of need. They have a customer for life!!
