Miss Naomi was a great salesperson and friend, I would say! She was very patient and attended to any of my requests until I found the car I loved. She has a great spirit and had great conversation with her. Would definitely come back to this dealership and say hi again! Overall great experience!

We stopped by to test drive the Jeep. The only one available was hard to get to, but Scott was nice enough to pull it out for us. We loved, and they were able to get it for us the next day. Thank you to Scott and team, great sales experience1

Dwaynes lanes in Everett is Awesome. Over the last 30 years I've bought 6 cars from them. Unlike some car lots where you feel like you need to bring in a jar of Vaseline with you. You Won't need it at the Everett location. They are fair, professional, and courteous Ask for Joey. Thanks guys!

The organization has been great with the vehicles I have purchased from them and servicing others over the years. There is one issue I take exception to and that is charging for a diagnosis and then charging for labor above and beyond that for the repair. If one takes the vehicle to the shop to have it diagnosed and does not bring it back for repair? Then yes, a diagnosis charge is indeed justified. However, if the car is diagnosed and repaired by Dwayne Lane's Dodge? In my professional opinion, the diagnosis charge should be waived or applied to the labor charge for the repair. I am not sure when this idea of charging additional for a diagnosis when they repair a vehicle started? But it is annoying and honestly unfair. Management should reconsider this practice.

Went to get a tune up and thank goodness they found this and alerted me. Darn rodent was making a home in my Chrysler! The joy of living by wetlands... I am so happy they found it before it did anymore damage to my new car. Megan was wonderful explaining everything and showing me the damage done by these rodents.
