CM has top quality people who enjoy and care about their work. Ian was top notch in his service. A few settings were not correct (most likely me learning a new thermostat). He took time to address my questions and I never felt like I over asked. First “big business” I have had very positive experience with on customer service from office to techs.

They also fixed an electrical outlet outside that was not working. This company is fantastic! And every single technician I have ever had out at my home has been top of the line integrity and professional! I had a gentleman by the name of Ryan out today and it was another visit with exceptional service! He was focused and straight to the problem and fixed it with zero issues. I highly recommend CM Heating and would definitely use them again!
Got back to my inquiry right away as to where other businesses still haven't gotten back to me. They made appt very quickly and were reasonably priced. The employee who showed up was very professional and personable. I appreciated the picture of who was coming also for security purposes! Thank you!
Justin was great at educating me about the idiosyncracies of our poorly installed furnace. I already trusted CM Heating and had another positive experience with them today. I'll be looking forward to estimates for improving the health and function of our furnace for the future. I joined the club! Hopefully we won't be seeing each other much in the future, but if we do require furnace work, I know we'll be in good hands and get the most affordable price we can get for trustworthy, responsible, professional care.
