If Franki can't find the whales and dolphines then there are non. He is a great captain, he respects the animals and he is very enthusiastic to tell you everything about them. The boat is also perfect for a wheelchair. Thank you!

Looking at the negative reviews, note that kids get life jackets and adults have to ask. Also there is no guarantee that you will see dolphins. We almost did not get to see any dolphins (we were aware that this was a possibility) but were lucky enough to encounter them. Although I have seen dolphins in the wild before, this was still an experience to remember and the kids (who have never seen any in the wild before) loved it. However, whales in the area are more seasonal (apparently) so do not be disappointed if like us, you do not see any. Do I recommend it to others, yes. Are the family glad we went out with this company, yes. Would we use them again if we return to the island, definitely!

We had the most amazing and beautiful experience on our tours. on the lucky Franki we saw dolphins and whales and even a turtle. and on a day trip the places where fantastic and beautiful. and at the end of the day we had a great meal and cocktails in new era. the best thing about our experiences the value for money. we use again when we come back and visit Madeira

Multilingual tour guide, (English, German, Dutch, Spanish) explaining details about dolphins life and motivating the whole group; perfect boat, and lovely captain. The only thing which can be criticized was on the phone we have been told the tour would start at 16:30, but arriving marina we saw the starting hour is 16:45.

Don't waste your time. You will see no Dolphins. You will see no Whales... Infact you won't even make it onto the boat. They will just disappoint you cancel on you last minute over and over again and give you a lame excuse that doesn't merit your attention. Thanks for nothing. Obrigardo!

Very disappointing. We didn’t had any instructions on safety, we haven’t received even life jackets. We haven’t seen any dolphins or whales, just few tuna fish and that’s it. Team didn’t actionaly checked if there’s any dolphins around as capiton was simply moving towards other boats just to check if there’s anything to see. Other team member was looking into ocean even without binoculars (so obviously havent spotted anything). Absolutely unprofessional. We had basically bout trip and that’s it. I regret i have used this company as i was not interested on boat trip. We been given voucher for two drinks of 0.2ml from local cafe but i wish i got back some money back as we had no interest of getting any drinks. Comment to owner: we haven’t received any instructuons to read or sign, please do not mislead customers. We enjoyed the view, but service was unprofessional. If there’s no dolphins seen near by, trip should be cancelled.
