Took the heritage trip, can't recommend it enough. Fascinating history, amazing views and wildlife. Jim was very entertaining and interesting. Lovely boat.

Booked the ferry for a Monday. The man I spoke to put us down for the Friday accidentally. Then when we had finally sorted it all out, I arrived on Monday at 11.55 ready for the 12.00 trip (having driven 1 hour to get there) and he had left without us. There was another family who had been waiting on the pier since 11, and he left without them too. I do NOT recommend booking with this company. So disappointed. A week later and I still haven't received an apology for the mistake or any indication of when I can expect a refund. Updating again. Still no refund or apology or any indication that I will be refunded the 55 I'm owed. In response to your reply... You have ONCE AGAIN changed your story. Initially you told me I had booked for the Friday. Now it's the Saturday? Tomorrow it might be the Thursday. Who knows! In a text message you sent to me, you told me that you took off without us AND another family on Tuesday because you mixed up your passenger numbers and thought we were on board. I'm very happy to share the screenshot of that message if you need to be reminded. You are absolutely in the wrong, changing your story by the day, and owe me 55. Please believe that I will pursue this until I get that refund, if I have to go to the consumer ombudsman I'm more than happy to do it.
A fantastic boat and skipper, extremely knowledgeable of the area, always makes you feel welcome. While the weather wasn't always in our favour our four day dive safari went off without a hitch. Thanks for all your effort.
