Do your research. Independent living arrangements were good. When it comes time to transition to the next level of care, be very careful. Do your research, long term care unacceptable, some of the staff need training on how to communicate with family, they lack care and empathy, and are very unprofessional. If we had to do it again, I would definitely look elsewhere.

I am very Disappointed in this place my inlaws are or were here. Bob passed away He was released from the Hospital and went into the Manor he had a falland was sent back to the Hospital and passed away. This place is very expensive. I dont feel they give good care fromwhat I have experenced. With the Covid going on my Mother in law hasnt been having her place cleaned and she cant run a Vaccum because of back problem. They wont let me come in and help her. Very sad.

I work at The Estates, I can tell you that I have been in this industry nationally for over 20 years. I drive from South Tampa to work daily because this property is the best thing since sliced bread for an active retirement lifestyle, with fun and fabulous everything, but most importantly and shockingly for the prices, you have skilled nursing and alf on site should the need arise. It would be a big mistake to not at least explore and investigate The Estates as an option!

Not worth the money and stress. So disappointed. Do not take your loved ones here. If I could do it again I would have cared for my grandma by myself. What does all the money really go towards? Because I know several former employees who only get paid the bare minimum, the staff obviously doesn't care about the dignity of patients.

As a former employee I can tell you this is the last place I would place my loved one. They treat their employees like garbage. The staff is underpaid and the apartments are overpriced. There are no raises for employees and I’m pretty sure the ceo is stealing money. Also the place is infested with rats. The food is absolutely horrid and Chances are you will get sick from eating it. All the other reviews are written by upper management. Take it from someone who use to do the real work. This place sucks.
