Hi friends and family! I just had to share my amazing experience with C.A.R.S auto formerly Don's in Erin, Ontario this morning. I dealt with Justin, who took over from Don and also Angela in the office. First, I am so grateful to them for working right now. I needed them badly and they were open and happy to help with all of my needs for my classic retro much loved 98' Volvo. They listened to my concerns, they were kind, knowledgeable and compassionate and offered an excellent price and superior service. I needed a synthetic oil change and tire changeover and I knew there would be much much more...and there was but...Thank you so much for making my car safe during this time and helping me out by advising on only getting the things I needed done to be safe right now. Many of us are struggling financially (including C.A.R.S) through this pandemic so it means that much more! I feel safe now in my lil' car and I now know exactly what repairs I need done: in what order, in what priority sequence, and in what time frame that I need to get them done. This gives me great piece of mind and a feeling of safety and also motivates me to continue to increase my savings and budget accordingly moving forward over the next few months. You can count on me as a continued loyal customer and I will share this with everyone so they can in turn benefit from the excellent service and prices of your Auto shop here in our small town of Erin. This place is great very helpful
A hidden gem in Erin... Very happy with the services received. My suv needed all new brake components (calipers, disks, pads on all four tires) and the work was completed quickly and cost less than anticipated. The brake pedal actually has some pressure to it now. No more \throwing out the anchor\ feeling to stop the vehicle. Thank you again!
An amazing place and very honest. As a female I am never been taking advantage of. And honesty in this business is very rare.
Always fair prices and fair service. No concerns about over charging. Don takes the time to explain things to his customers or to give advice
