Beware of service. They will claim Thames will make you entertainment work amazing and very little issues. They will do service and than tell you to go on a membership plan for service that seems to occur frequently. If you choose not to go with the membership your system will not work well. They will charge you for coming out and never stand by the work they do. Rob Patterson will give you all the reasons and assure you they will do everything to fix the issue, and never stands by his word. I asked him to fix a remote that was not working and he sent someone who spent 7 hours on everything that was working. He fixed the remote, but subsequently cause more issues that he claims he was not the cause. Strongly recommend another company that deals with Crestron or any other entertainment products ver this company. Buyer beware! Going with Rob Patterson and his company Entertaining Interiors will absolutely result in poor service over payment and no resolution.
