A faulty device slipped through their quality assurance procedures. Understandable, given the volume they process under the pressure of market demand. Everyone wants their stuff now, cheap and quick. Mistakes are bound to happen and sometimes you will be the recipient of such. But the way in which these things are dealt with by these people show the real face of the company's service arrangements. The immediacy and slick way of handling my claim swiftly wiped clean initial disapointment I had and in due time I was able to get going with what I had in plan with the product. Their service shows there was a well carried out UX design behind it. Kudos to the Team. P. S. I'm a Polish customer based in Poland, if location adds anything to the subject. I suppose it does a bit coz free shipping here and forth took always less than 24 hours.
