Respected Dear Sir, I would like to advice you that to create opportunities for Freshers with less Salaries during Training Period and take a bond for 3 years offering them more Salaries after Training Period. Tell them not to leave the Company so that they will have good future as well as The Company must give them an opportunity to learn more sophisticated levels of Technical and Management levels of Education in turn which benefits the Company. The Growth depends on Good Memory and The Abilities of Understanding how to handle all kinds of situations related to Economy, Environment, Management and Healthy functioning of The Organisation. Do not use AGE RESTRICTIONS please. Blessed Extra Ordinary or Gifted Individuals Intelligence must be used properly and paid according to MERITS as the Organisation moves on or goes ahead like a perennial river. Never lose Gifted People where ever they are. They are always an ASSET to the Organisation. if ur ok to work in a place with lots of politics then u can sustain other wise its to difficult. No food in the canteen. Night shift are ever worst.

If you want pocket money ,i would suggest you to join .they have night swift only (voice and non voice ) you should be good at English (writing ) and good typing speed with accuracy .one thing is bad They doesn't responses...proper

This is a workplace where infrastructure is poorly maintained, old equipment is used here. The elevator's door is not automatic, few toilets, poor air-conditioning are the cons of this center. The cafeteria is not air-conditioned and is on the roof top inaccessible by an elevator. The building does have parking space for two and four wheelers which is the only pros.
