Something seems shady. Been happily engaged with the company I am at for nearly 7 years. Haven't submitted a resume in that time, yet got a call from someone claiming I had submitted my resume to them and they were following up.

Encore Consulting Services PAID EVERY SINGLE INVOICE LATE, and at this point in time STILL OWES ME NEARLY 10,000. They are NOT a reputable firm, don't pay their consultants in a timely fashion, and you should NOT do business with them. They don't even have the courtesy to return phone calls requesting status on past due payments. I performed all services in good faith based upon a NET30 agreement, and so far all promises to pay the remaining balance have proven to be only stalling tactics. I am a 20 year IT consultant and this is by far the worst experience I have had contracting. I pay my bills on time, but apparently this is not important to Encore Consulting Services. DO NOT HIRE THEM, DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!
