I have never experienced such disorganization. The staff that I have encountered has been rude and refuses accountability. I've used this company on two separate occasions for simple finger printing background checks. The first was in December of 2015. I made my appointment online and had to drive about 30 miles to their location. When I arrived, the door was locked as I was early and my appointment was just after their lunch time. An employee arrived late and unlocked the door. Once I walked inside, I was explained that the one employee who does the finger printing, had called in sick and to reschedule. Again I scheduled online and for the next day. The next day, I called the location an hour before my appointment and they confirmed that everything was set. Once I arrived, they explained to me that the person who performs that job function had gone home sick. Again I rescheduled online for the next day, called the day of, left, and was finally able to be finger printed. If this had been delayed just 1 more day, my hiring at my new job would have been delayed by two weeks. Now in February 2017, I have to be finger printed again for the same company due to a temporary move and re-hire. I scheduled my first appointment online and once I arrived for my appointment, same deal all over again. This time I rescheduled with the man at the front desk and also online. I received the exact same excuse the next day and was not finger printed due to that one employee not being available. I have now contacted a different company for my finger printing needs. If your hire date, or any deadline relies on any function this company provides, I recommend seeking out another. Awful service.

I recently had a hair folical drug test here! I recieved a call at 9pm with the results . I also never recieved a email or paper of my test to this day. And to top it all off the results where proven false. I had another reputable company take one just a day earlier and had all negative results. The lady who answers the phone at the front desk administered the test if that tells you anything. Save yourself money and potentially major issue and stay away.

This is the most disorganized unreliable business i have seen that handles TSA screens and a array of crucial procedures. Do yourself a favor so you dont wait a hour awkwardly in the lobby and go elsewhere!!

Extremely rude front desk staff. I got there at 8:52 for a 9:00 appointment and she stated that it wasn’t open yet. She was very rude and condescending.

Had in-home life insurance physical. Nurse was late, forgot equipment, couldn't properly use a blood pressure thingy, stabbed my arm in wrong spot to draw blood, had to push the needle around in my arm to find vein, reinserted needle when she accidentally pulled it out, left me bleeding profusely, returned when she forgot I had to sign more documents, arm is bruised, took an hour when it should have taken 15 minutes.
