ETA was the perfect fit for my learning style and had great support throughout the course, completing my course in March 2020. Being able to work at my own pace (before the deadline of in person skill sessions) was a massive positive as it meant I could study and do course work in the early hours of the morning, do some more studying at lunch, and review on my commute. The instructors are some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting, all knew their subject matter and were available quickly if one had a question or an issue with the online resources. Overall, I would highly recommend Cathy and her team at Emergency Training Academy.

With the coronavirus situation, I took the July 2020 hybrid EMT training course offerred that let me learn at my own pace online, and then I went in-person to train many of the skills. The instructors are amazing and knowledgeable and super kind and helpful as well. They handled the situation extremely well, and I feel well-prepared for my future in the field thanks to them.
I completed this course in June 2020. The instructors are very patient and thorough. Cathy was the best instructor you could ask for. I highly recommend this course.
Great experience. Gabriel Furst was an excellent and thorough teacher. I felt well taught and well prepared. No wasted time, everything was efficient and intentional. The whole course is convenient! Doing the online lessons at my own pace and then completing a 5-day, in-person skills week was perfect for my schedule.
At the beginning of the program I felt that I was not learning the information I needed, going in to skills week I felt even worse but the wonderful instructors at ETA really take the time to get you to the right place and bring all the information together . I passed nationals on the first attempt!!! Cathy and Gabriel are wonderful instructors I would recommend this program to anyone who wishes to receive training in the EMS field
