Don’t go here!!! The doctor acted like I am faking or some druggie. Surely I am neither. My DPT SENT ME to the ER because he was concerned about my symptoms. Refused to do anything but an X-ray when it wasn’t needed as I did not fall or have any form of accident. Just intense pain. No IV. No medication. No blood work. No CT to actually figure out what is wrong or try to figure it out. Can’t order an MRI. Still in severe pain. Didn’t even get an aspirin. No relief. If anything it was worsened by the extra stress of being told I don’t matter. Don’t go here!! Update: Let’s keep going on how much better this is. Apparently Dr. Larsen is also trying to kill me as he issued a prescription without inquiring about my medical history. This doc prescribed medication that’s common side effects are anxiety, loss of sleep, weight gain, increased sugar levels, heart attack, mood psychosis, interference with vaccines, and pneumonia. I have anxiety and sleep problems, just lost 20 lbs to address PCOS and insulin resistance, high cholesterol with a family history of heart attack, vaccine was planned, and I was complaining of severe chest pain on my right side. Diagnosis acute lumbar strain. Seriously this man should lose his job for such carelessness.

So they will pass on your Covid test results to the Health Department as required along with your phone number for them to text and call non stop. My employer requires medical documentation for me to return. I go back to their facility willing to pay for a slip to return to work. You have to get that from your PCP. I just moved back to Arizona. They said telling me to follow up with my PCP was them telling me they were taking away my income for 16 days and counting. The virus may spread if you don't wear a mask but, I feel that people fear being honest for financial reasons, being homeless is why people die from the virus each day. A virus where the toll is getting a temperature check. Not everyone gets a temp.

Would not recommend, doctors left me in the room for over an hour while they were outside my door chatting it up. When I asked for things or had questions they had an attitude and the rooms are not thoroughly sanitized.

came in With an extreme back injury and the initial “nurse” Micheal C treated me as though as I was there to obtain pain medication... to the contrary I am allergic to most pain medication and told him as much... and that I need something non narcotic if possible -he then stated “well thats not gonna happen anyway”regarding the drugs. I realize there are many people who abuse the system to obtain pain medications however it may be best to give people the benefit of the doubt prior to judging and treating me the way he did. It was an extremely painful experience and emotionally I was already drained from the pain. Dr. Larson was not listening either to what I was telling him regarding the course of events leading to my situation and just placating me. This is the reason I normally choose Naturopathic medicine doctors over western medicine. However I was in need of imagery. Allopathic medicine has become callous, money driven and the doctors/nurses are predominately self righteous. The silver lining was the X-ray technician who was amazing. His name was James and he showed compassion, helped assist me into comfortable positions and tries to uplift my spirits with some humor. Appointment setting was easy. I went in at 1pm on 2/7/21 was quickly admitted. The office assistant was friendly and helpful. Sincerely Gabriella Nevarez Phoenix-Ahwatukee
