The website says that they take emergency cases 24/7, called them twice for my father for an emergency and was told to come in at 7:00 am the following day. When I said “but the website says that you are available 24/7 for emergencies,” the receptionist rudely said “I know what the website says, but we are dealing with other cases now.” He then called me back to tell me that “you can come in but you have to pay 400 extra charge for coming post working hours” !!!! I am not really sure about their definition of “24/7 Emergency”!!!

Dr. Kamali and his staff were wonderful! Our son had his tooth broken at a wrestling tournament and we called Fairfax Family Dental right before they were closing. The receptionist was able to get us in first thing the next morning. Dr. Kamali was able to do a root canal and put in a temporary just in time for Winter Formal that evening.
