Ben Buey

Terrible service, they make agreements to get your business, then let you down causing issues. Their lorries are always braking down or they're just lying again, (you decide). Within 2 years, my prices had risen by 34%, I never received warnings of this but they denied that fact, then they randomly charge overweight fees but don't disclose the weight, you're just expected to believe them. And to top it off, you find you're locked in a contract that auto renews every 12 months, for 12 months. I Just paid 426 to get out of their contract so I don't have to deal with them again.

This is a very expensive company, we had a year contract with them to throw rubbish away, 40/month. The first 2 months they charged 40 month, but then after they increased the price to 200/m. When we spoke to them about it they said our bins are heavy. When we asked to cancel they said we can't until the contract ends. We had no choice but to bring a skip and pay 175 a month. In total it cost us 375 and we are just a small local car wash. I do not recommend having a contract with illgia.

I worked here as a temp to cover maternity leave and caught them at a very busy time when there were multiple illnesses, annual leave and babies being born which left them very short staffed. Against the odds they pulled through almost able to deliver full service despite being down on key members of staff. I very much enjoyed my brief time here and having insights into the challenges they faced, and how they dealt with them. Great team of people that all pull together for their customers.
