Being directly off the interstate makes this location extremely easy to find not only are the ground easy to find they're clean their security level is appropriate yet not overdone to where is painful to pick up your vehicles. Only suggestion I can make is maybe having a secondary gate at the exits for utilizing Switchback Lanes leading up to where you approach the guard shack other than that of my 20ft trips I've never had an issue and enjoy the ride

General manager extremely rude Theo Jelks is his name. No courtesy to help customers out. Does not admit to his mistake. Trash cars do not buy here. Rusted and broken. The cars do not have proper condition reports. The fees are ridiculously high. Do not buy and waste time. Stick to Adesa and Manheim Auctions a million times better customer service as well and lower fees.
