I found this website and thought it would help me with purchasing a decent car. After missing out on a couple of bids, I finally won a car and set everything to get it to my home. I got it registered and took it out for a right and notice that the transmission wasn't shifting properly. I took it to my mechanic and he told me that it would fail very soon. I contacted Auto Auction Mall and got NO help. They just said they copied the information from the COPART website. I went there and COPART was more descriptive of what's wrong with the cars. Now I am out of 5K and Cash4Cars and Peddle will only give me 600 for the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE OR MAKE SURE YOU LOOK OVER THE FINE PRINT!!!!!

I have bought about 6 vehicles over the last 2x years and everytime has been easy and fast experience. I'd say perhaps they need to have one or two more people answering phones as I think they are swamped. But good experience and their fee's are not bad.
BAD WEBSITE!!!!! Not all cars popup in search! ZIP/Location is not working!!! Customer Service is a joke. We talked to Peter by the way. Why are you in this business if you don't put any effort to help potential customers? Looks like you spend more time answering feedbacks than actually working. Write 4 page replay, princess!
