Had ingrown toenails removed with the understanding the recovery would be about 2 weeks. After 3 days, one of my toes was very swollen and sore. Went back to Dr. Auger who said it was a chemical burn from the chemical she injects into the nail bed. Big black spot developed on the side of my toe. Started antibiotics that made me sick every day for 10 days. She told me to come back every week for a couple of weeks. After more than 6 weeks it was still swollen so I went back for one final check. Just got a bill for that. Wow! Would have thought she would see a procedure gone wrong without charging me for an obvious error on her part. Total recovery time 3 months. Choose carefully.

I saw Dr. Auger for the treatment of an ingrown toenail. I was very nervous about the removal but she was very nice and able to treat me quickly and as painlessly as possible. I will be returning to her and recommending her to friends and family.

Not a good listener-- a poor use of time and money. I have a morton's neuroma, tailor's bunion, and haglund deformity. I had been resting and icing for 2 months with little improvement, so I went to see Dr. Auger for new/different treatment. She was 30 minutes late, and, after 20 minutes of looking at my feet, concluded that I have a morton's neuroma, tailor's bunion, and haglund deformity..... exactly what I'd told her when I arrived.... I asked about treatment options and she recommended icing and resting... exactly what I told her I had been doing... I asked what more I could try, specifically which stretches and exercises might help. She suggested xrays and potentially surgery. Three days later, I bought the book "Pain Free" for 2 on Amazon. The physical therapy exercises in that book have relieved my pain and made me able to walk again.

Dr. Auger was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my ingrown toenail and I was able to get in the same day. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable, athletic, and friendly doctor. I went in for an ingrown toenail and feel I'll be going to Dr. Auger for any foot-related issues from now on.

Had an ingrown toenail and Dr. Auger fixed it so quickly and painlessly it was over before I realized she had finished prepping. Definitely would recommend her to anyone.

So happy to give 5 stars to Dr. Auger. She was prompt in the appointment and treated me on the spot. She took the time to listen and was very engaging. I will definitely continue seeing her. Thank you Dr. Auger!
