This was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. It’s like the doctor was mad at something and didn’t care at all. The front desk ladies are rude except for one who barely speaks English she was so sweet and actually handled things with care she had dark hair and was on the taller side. . I had the surgical and the dr walked in immediately stuck his fingers in my body with no care. I didn’t even have time to relax I told him he was moving too fast and that I was nervous if he could give me a minute to relax because he was hurting me he said okay but still continued to press his fingers further up to check me. He proceeded with the needle I obviously was NERVOUS I asked for him to give me a minute to relax because I was already in pain. He didn’t listen and continued moving fast I looked over to the nurse to at least grab her hand she stayed behind the doctor And he proceeded with the aspiration the pain was excruciating and all I could do was scream. I told him I couldn’t take the pain he continued with the machine and said I have to get it do you want to be back here again ? As if I’m not having a life ripped from my body as if he wasn’t rushing and being forceful from the moment he checked my cervix. When it was done the nurse grabbed my hand to sit me up she told me to get up and put my pants on I could barely stand up straight. I asked to sit back down because I felt I was going to throw up she said no. Put your pants on I was disoriented and the whole process was rushed. She barely spoke English as well I believe there was a language barrier but it doesn’t excuse carelessness. Also. The staff must be aware that not every Spanish person looks Spanish some can be dark skin and understand everything they’re saying about customers in Spanish like me. Dr. Blum I believe the name was. This is what you do to people who go through the most traumatic difficult decisions of their life. It’s already bad enough living with it.

I was taken care of and my questions were answered. They explained the process multiple times to make sure I was ok with what was going to happen. The doctor was quick but explained what he was doing throughout the process. The nurses and staff were nice and made small talk which helped ease my nerves. Also, I am without health insurance but it was affordable which was another concern for me.
Front desk staff gotten a little better , new doctor Comes off as unprofessional and uncomfortable. Heard conversations and patients being talked about from the doctor and few of the lady staff ... this place need to do better . Last time coming here , very judgmental. Nasty trait
This place is very unethical. I’ve had a bad experience when I paid out of pocket 400.00 total. I followed their directions to file a claim With my insurance company for reimbursement. My insurance company processed my claim and approved refund of 412.00 since November 22, 2019 and mailed it to American women services it’s now January 6, 2020 and after numerous calls and transfer and Being left on hold , no one has cared to help me. At this point I have paid twice for the same Procedure that was done once. However I will never return to this place or recommend either. I also intend to write a letter to ceo of Company .. I really hope someone cares to help me because I am beyond disappointed ️
The doctor was nice and made me feel comfortable , he explained everything he was doing during the procedure , the nurse in the room wasn’t really attentive and could have done a lot better with me being a patient . When I had to go in the room to rest the lady was horrible , she. should not be working at a job to care for others because she was extremely rude and her attitude sucked ! All in all the doctor was fantastic, the women who all work there weren’t . I say new nurses and front desk people my score would have been a 5 if they all done their job properly.
