Worst place to go to, unprofessional staff in particular Sue. She was very rude and didn’t t show any respect at all and gives out false information. I left the clinic in tears because of her. She shouldn’t work any where especially these places which are sensitive to women.
I aborted in this clinic in July 2014. (I apologize in advance for my not so good english). As I read the comments here that are in majority positive, I can't recognize my own experience in those words. My experience at this clinic is not a good one, as I felt lonely from the start to the end. I didn't get the right counselling before the termination of my pregnancy. Maybe it's because I'm not australian and they thought they couldn't communicate well with me ? In any case it's not normal that no doctor explained to me what was going to happen. I got no medical explanation whatsoever and I lived the experience as a total trauma. After I got the pill, I waited for so long in my bed, in the middle of a huge room where I heard women talking and moving and working, but I was isolated behind curtains and nobody came to me. I was in pain, in huge pain...but nobody was there.....then someone came and made me wear a medical clothes, I went in a small room, they gave me an anesthesical product and...I woke up several minutes after (how long ?? I don't know), alone again, in another bed alone behind the curtains. The pain was horrible. A woman arrived and told me not to cry -it was "better this way".... They made me put my clothes back on very fast, this was so violent to me. They made me wait in a room, I asked for more pain killer as it was impossible to hold the pain. I was still alone.... Alone until the end....that's what this clinic means to me. I didnt' get the proper help, the proper care I needed. And today this clinic is a big reason why the trauma is so big. Of course this is my own experience, and I hope I'm the only one that lived such a terrible loneliness in this clinic.
Cannot express just how professional, informative and caring the staff were. I was absolutely terrified coming into the clinic but was well looked after and I'm immensely grateful for how smooth things went thanks to all of the staff. Thank you!
My procedure went well, nice staff and polite. Very helpful with answering any questions. Quick, stress free, and felt no judement. Highly recommend this clinic.
My partner was rushed being there and was treated poorly, she spoke to some of the other women and they had felt the same.. I was disgusted to find out how my partner was treated especially the other women. I was told this place would be good but now I look like the idiot for taking her here. Not all of the staff were bad but the ones that were ment to be taking care of her were.
After having a procedure here a few weeks ago I cannot thank the wonderful staff here enough. Thanks to them what could have been a traumatic experience went as smoothly as possible. I felt supported and very well informed and well looked after. Thank you!!
